Grief Coaching & Education
There's no right way to do grief.
As a bereaved daughter and sister, grief and I are well acquainted.
My brother died suddenly at age 19, my mom died suddenly at age 55, and I cared for my dad, until he passed a few years ago following a long battle with multiple health issues. As part of my own healing, I earned a Grief Educator Certification with renowned expert, David Kessler.
10 minutes after I signed up for that training, I got a call that my mom’s sister had died suddenly.
True Story.
I help bereaved adult children and adults caring for aging parents.
You'll get support, a lot of listening, and the space and grace to process and heal.
