ABOUT KATE
My mom used to tell me to find a way to do what you love and earn a living at it.
She passed suddenly at a young age and through my grieving process and much reflection, I learned life is short, so find a purpose and get a move on doing what you love in service of others.
For me, that's coaching and training.
I spent 25 years in the corporate world shaping Talent and Leadership Development. During this time, I launched my private coaching practice while serving as an internal coach for the organization.
I loved the work, and the dual career, but I felt a nudge (okay, a shove) to take a bold leap.
Even though I’m naturally risk-averse and never considered myself entrepreneurial, in 2022 I stepped out of the familiar and into full-time coaching, training, and purpose-driven work.
Vulnerable? Yep. Life-affirming? Hell Yes.
I’ve had the incredible honor of training with Dr. Brené Brown as a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, joining a global network of just over 500 certified practitioners. I’m also a Grief Educator certified by David Kessler, one of the world’s foremost experts on grief, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
Clients say I bring energy, intuition, and grounded support to our work together. I’m known for creating space where real growth can happen with just the right mix of challenge, lightness, and inspiration.
You are your own best expert.
Whether we’re working one-on-one or in a group setting, I’m here to help you tap into your own wisdom, get clear on your next step, and move forward with authenticity and courage.
